Does one really need a Degree/Diploma to be wealthy? Well, i don't think so and WAIT.. before you think i'm talkin twak, please hear me out.
The question is how do some people lead average lives with their degrees and other succeed without one or even succeed in an industry NOT related to their field of study. What we are taught, is not exactly what we happens in the real world. Personally, i think for one to acquire wealth you have to do something you passionate about and you will not work a day in your life. You should not go to varsity simply beacause you JUST want a job because employers want people who are willing to learn and grow. Yes, the skills you get from varsity are important but you must be willing to look beyond that so that you may be valuable to your employee.
Okay let me just say that, make sure the education you get goes along with your passion and will to grow and learn.
Let us look at our artists, actors, presenters, disc jockeys and so on, who do not go through the traditional 3 year, 4 year degree but have made it. The amount of hard work they put into their craft is beyond imaginable, this only shows that hardwork pays off and at the end of the day what matters is the results.
A degree is not required but can come along with BENEFITS.
At the end of the day though, i'm for education, follow your dreams and work harder than hard because that is what matters the most.
